• What products are sold by DSR Design?
  

  At the present moment DSR produce a 20" DSR 01 Aluminium alloy Cast wheel in three different finishes, and two 19'' split rim wheels available for the X Type.

• What is the warranty on the wheels?
  

  All painted wheels have a 3-year warranty.
  The diamond turned wheel has a 12 month warranty.
  There is a standard lifetime warranty on the structure of the wheel.
  We can supply the wheel nuts for the wheel however, as most sales are made to dealerships, we are rarely required to provide this.

• Can you purchase the DSR01 wheel with or without tyres?
  

  Yes, DSR can provide both services. Both are reflected in the price list provided later in the document.
  All wheels and tyre fitments are fully balanced.

• What Badges are provided?
  

  The DSR 01 wheel can fit the current Jaguar Centre Badge. DSR also provides a Badge with the DSR logo.

• Which wheels fit each model?
  

  Current XJ & XJR Code Name: X350 AND X358 The XJ takes 4 x ( 20" x 8.5J) Tyres sizes: 4 x (255 / 40 (All the way around the vehicle))
  Current XF (All Diesels and V8 Petrol) Code Name: X250 The XF takes 4 x ( 20" x 8.5J). Tyres sizes: 4 x (255 / 40 (All the way around the vehicle))
  Current XF SV8 (Super V8) Code Name: X250 The XF takes 4 x ( 20" x 8.5J) Tyres sizes: 4 x (255 / 40 (All the way around the vehicle)) NOTE : Jaguar offers a 9.5 J on the SV8 rear wheels. We cannot offer this, however the DSR 01 wheel ALSO fits onto the SV8.
  CURRENT XK & XKR Code Name X150 Front wheel size: 20" x 8.5J. Rear wheel size: 20" x 9.5J. 2 x Front tyre size: 255 / 35. Rear tyre size: 285 / 30.

• Are the wheels fully tested?
  

  We use initial tooling run sample wheels for testing. Where there are no customer specific test standards, all wheels must be subjected to the full Rimstock standard [which are similar to the Jaguar standard test procedure], which includes the following tests per wheel:

  1. Radial Fatigue Testing.
  2. Inner Rim Impact Test.
  3. Outer Rim Impact Testing.
  4. Corner Fatigue Testing.
  5. Dye Penetrating Tests.
• The DSR 01 is TUV approved - What does this mean?
  

  TUV CERTIFICATE BODY
  This certified product is one that has passed certain tests carried out by TUV Rheinland Group for safety & quality. TUV issues a certificate of test findings. It certifies the product properties tested & specifies the norms to which they were tested. This allows the buyer to no longer depend on the details by the manufacturer but can rely on a disinterested expert's independent judgment.
